Everyone gets a set
Each player gets a deck, a scorepad and a pencil in their own tee bag. Hand them out at the banquet, the awards night, or the first table you can find.

Play nine holes
Same scoring you already know — lowest total wins. Takes about a minute to teach and nobody needs a rules lawyer at the table.

Crown a winner
Nine holes, or eighteen if the drinks are good. Closest to the Pin settles ties. Same trophy, no tee times, no weather.
One set per player. Everything they need in a bag that goes right back in the golf bag when the season opens again.
Deck of 72 cards
The full game. Two to six players, ages 7 and up, about sixty seconds to learn.
Golf tee pencils
Because somebody always forgets a pen. Two per bag.
Score pad
Nine holes down the side, players across the top. Keeps the arguing honest.
